By accessing or using STAIRS, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website or place an order.

2. Customer Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and current information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.
  • STAIRS may restrict or suspend an account involved in fraud, misuse or violation of these Terms.

3. Products and Product Information

  • STAIRS makes reasonable efforts to display product information, images, colours and descriptions accurately.
  • Actual colours may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography and your display device.
  • Product availability is subject to stock.
  • STAIRS may update, discontinue or modify products and product information without prior notice.

4. Prices and Orders

  • Prices displayed on the website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), unless stated otherwise.
  • An order is subject to product availability and successful order processing.
  • STAIRS may cancel or refuse an order where there is a pricing error, stock issue, suspected fraud or another legitimate reason.
  • Where an order is cancelled by STAIRS after payment has been received, any applicable refund will be handled according to the circumstances and payment method.

5. Delivery

  • The standard delivery charge is Rs. 250 per order, unless a different charge or promotion is clearly displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier availability and other circumstances.
  • Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address and contact number.
  • Delays caused by courier services, weather, public holidays or circumstances outside STAIRS's reasonable control may occur.

6. Promotional Offers and Free Gifts

STAIRS may run promotional offers from time to time. Offers are valid only during their stated validity period and subject to the applicable conditions.

  • Eligible offers are automatically applied according to the products and quantities in the order.
  • For offers where STAIRS selects the free gift, the customer cannot choose or exchange the gift.
  • Free gifts are subject to availability.
  • Free gifts have a value of Rs. 0 in the order and do not generate reward points.
  • STAIRS may replace a free gift with another suitable gift where the advertised gift is unavailable.
  • Offers cannot be combined unless STAIRS specifically allows it.

7. Reward Points

  • Eligible suit purchases earn reward points according to the STAIRS rewards rules.
  • The standard earning rate is 10 points per eligible suit purchased.
  • Free promotional gifts do not earn reward points.
  • 200 reward points are required to redeem a Rs. 1,000 discount.
  • Reward points cannot be exchanged for cash unless STAIRS expressly states otherwise.
  • STAIRS may adjust or reverse points where an order is cancelled, refunded, reversed or affected by an error or misuse.

8. Payments

STAIRS may provide one or more payment methods, including payment options displayed during checkout.

Customers must provide accurate payment information where required.

9. Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations

  • Return, exchange and cancellation requests are subject to the applicable STAIRS policy and the condition of the products.
  • Products may be required to remain unused, unwashed and in their original condition for an eligible return or exchange.
  • Free gifts associated with an order may also need to be returned where the qualifying purchase is returned or cancelled.
  • Any refund or adjustment will be calculated according to the applicable order, payment and promotional conditions.

10. Prohibited Activities

  • Using the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
  • Creating accounts using false or misleading information.
  • Attempting to manipulate offers, reward points, prices or checkout calculations.
  • Using automated tools to interfere with the website.
  • Attempting unauthorized access to STAIRS systems, accounts or data.
  • Submitting false payment, delivery or customer information.

11. Account Suspension or Termination

STAIRS reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate an account where there is suspected fraud, abuse, unauthorized activity, manipulation of rewards or offers, or any violation of these Terms & Conditions.

12. Intellectual Property

The STAIRS name, logo, website design, text, graphics, photography and other original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, modified or commercially used without permission from STAIRS, except where permitted by law.

13. Privacy

Customer information is handled according to the STAIRS Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to Terms

STAIRS may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page.

Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
